Today I come to cook for you, Broaster chicken with French fries and cabbage salad with carrots. A delight that you are sure to love.

For which we will need:

Ingredients:

✓ 500 Gr of minced Chicken
✓ 800 Gr of potatoes
✓ Vegetable oil can be from soy or corn.
✓ Doritos
✓ Wheat flour
✓ 1 egg
✓ Salt, garlic, cumin and pepper to taste

Preparation Step 1:

Cut the chicken into pieces of the size you want.

Cut the potatoes into strips (try to make them all the same thickness so that they cook at the same time)

Step 2

On the other side we place the chicken already cut to season it with salt, garlic, pepper and cumin.

In a plate we add the wheat flour and crush the dorito to bind it to the wheat flour

In another plate we beat the egg.

Once the chicken is seasoned, we pass it through the egg and the flour to coat it. Once breaded, we put it in a pan with hot oil and wait for it to get a golden and crisp color.

Once we see that it has the desired color, remove and drain the oil. The potatoes can be fried in the same oil.

Step 3

For the salad, the only thing you need is to chop the cabbage with the toss and scratch the carrot. Add a little mayonnaise, sugar and salt then stir until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Then start to plate this delicious dish.
