You can see in this picture some boats are standing on one side of the river.This is a small boat dock.This small boat wharf is located on the banks of the river Padma.To get to the other side of the river, the people of the river bank take a boat from this wharf.Fishermen also fish by boat from this ghat while fishing in the river. When the fishermen get tired of fishing, they tie up their boats at this wharf and rest.

When the fishermen finished fishing, the fishermen tied their boats at this wharf and went home. Come again in the morning and take a boat from this ghat and go fishing again.

In this picture you can see a boat tied to the bank of a dry river. This river is a tributary of the river Padma. In our village, in the month of Chaitra, the river Padma almost dried up due to which the boat owner tied his boat on the bank of this river.This boat is basically a gospel powered boat. People who live on the banks of the river use this type of boat for transportation. Also those who fish in the river use this boat for fishing.
When the river is full in the rainy season, the fishermen will depend on this boat for their livelihood by fishing in the river and those who live on the banks of the river will use this type of boat to go from this bank to that bank.

You can see in this picture a man setting a fishing trap in the river. This man lives by the river. This man depends on fishing for his livelihood. Most of the people who live on the banks of the river fish in the river. This man fished in the river from morning till afternoon. He will usually catch small fish with this fishing trap.

If there is a current in the river, he catches fish for about 1 to 2 thousand rupees every day. The demand for small fish is much higher in our area. The people of this nation also go to the city to sell fish to make more profit.He sells the fish he gets every day in the market in the afternoon. He runs his family with the money he earns by selling it.

You can see this picture of some farmers cutting the soil.This farmer is using a spade to cut the soil.They are basically cutting the ground and making a pond.These are the most industrious farmers in our village.The value of this national farmer in our village is much higher.They are very strong and hardworking.The number of such farmers in our village is very low.
These farmers take 10 to 15 days to cut the pond to a medium size. They work 10 to 15 people in a group.They take 700 to 800 rupees daily from their owner to cut the pond. They work every day from eight in the morning to five in the afternoon.

In this picture you can see a farmer carrying a load of paddy on his head.This farmer cut paddy on a low land. In low lands, water usually accumulates and if ripe paddy is cut and placed in water, the paddy is spoiled. That is why this farmer is cutting the paddy and tying it in a bundle and putting it on a high place.

Paddy in our village is cultivated in twelve months. Paddy cultivation in our village is a lucrative crop. This farmer is basically cutting paddy under his owner. He takes Rs.500 to Rs.600 per day from his owner for harvesting paddy.

In this picture you can see a farmer plowing his land with a spade. He is basically sowing grass seeds in his land. He originally sowed hybrid grass seeds.After he sowed the seeds of hybrid grass in his land, no seedlings were produced from his seeds because this year our country has received very little rain.For this he will plow his land once more with a spade and sow grass seeds.

He keeps four cows. He basically planted these grasses for his cows in his land. These hybrid grasses are very big and guru loves to eat. When these grasses are fed to the cows, the cows get fresh and fat very quickly.

In this picture you can see a woman drying cow dung in the sun.This woman is drying cow dung because she will use cow dung as fuel. He has two cows. Half of the dung of these two cows is used by her husband for agriculture and half of the dung she dries in the sun for use as fuel. In our village, those who keep cows make fuel from dung. Dung fuel is very good and burns very well in fire.
Many women in our village make this dried dung and sell it in the market. They earn 2-3 thousand rupees per month by selling in the market.

In this picture you can see a traveling pot seller.He is known as the Hawker in our village. He sells pottery on foot in every village.He sells pottery in the villages every day from eight in the morning to five in the afternoon.He is a poor potter. He doesn't have much money to buy Hari Patil's shop in the market. Due to which he used to walk from village to village and sell pottery.

He can get good quality pottery at a low price.He earns 500 to 600 rupees/bd a day by selling pottery and with this income he runs his family.

You can see in this picture. A woman cuts fuel chalk. He is very poor. Her husband died long ago.He had only two children. The eldest of those two children died a few days ago. Due to which his family is very weak financially. This woman picks up fuel at different places every day from 8 am to 2 pm. Some of the chalk he picks up every day, he keeps some of the fuel for his own use and sells the rest in the market.

He earns around Rs 100 to Rs 200 per day by selling fuel and his livelihood depends on this income.Also my family personally helps this woman with some money every month.

You can see a palm fruit seller in this picture. He sells palm fruit in one corner of our market every day from morning till noon.He sells palm fruit at Rs 20 per piece.The palm trees in our village bear fruit at the end of May and the beginning of June.Palm fruit helps to keep the body cool during hot weather. The people of our village eat a lot of palm fruits in summer.

This man buys palm fruits from the village for less money from the palm tree owner and sells them in the market for more money. This man earns 600 to 700 rupees every day by selling palm fruits and with this income he runs his family.
