The role of farmers is most behind the development of different sectors of Bangladesh because Bangladesh is an agricultural country. 75 percent of the total population of Bangladesh lives in villages. It is estimated that 59.84% of the people in rural areas and 10.71% of people in urban areas of Bangladesh have farms. The contribution of agriculture sector to GDP is 19.1%. 47.1% employment is being created in Bangladesh through agriculture sector.Most of the farmers in this country are still dependent on plows, ladders and cows for crop production and processing. However, many farmers are still able to increase their yields by using various modern agricultural technologies. Although paddy and jute are the main crops of Bangladesh, wheat, tea, sugarcane, potato and various vegetables are produced in large quantities in this country.Today I will share pictures of different working moments of different farmers in our village and talk to you about that work.
Farmers are picking paddy seedlings
You can see in this picture the farmers are picking paddy seedlings.This is the second step in paddy cultivation.Farmers will pick up these paddy seedlings and sow them in the paddy field.For this work the farmers take 500 ruppes/bd per day from the owner. Paddy is the main crop of Bangladesh.In most parts of Bangladesh, paddy is cultivated for about twelve months.The price of paddy in present day Bangladesh is much higher than every year due to which the farmers are cultivating paddy in a suitable way for the cultivation of the abandoned land.

Farmers are sowing kachu seeds
In this picture you can see a farmer sowing kachur seeds. Another farmer is making a line to sow kachur seeds.Kachu is usually planted line by line. Due to which a farmer is drawing a line and a farmer is sowing kachu seeds.Kachu is a cash crop and a favorite vegetable of every person in Bangladesh.In Bangladesh, kachu seeds are sown in April.Kachu is a vegetable national food due to which its price fluctuates in the market every year.However, many farmers in our village have been successful in cultivating kachu.

Farmers are carrying grain on their heads
In this picture you can see one farmer helping another farmer to carry the burden of mustard on his head.Mustard is cultivated in many parts of Bangladesh. It is a cash crop. Mustard oil is very beneficial for health.Farmers will carry these mustard trees on their heads and take them home and dry them in the sun. Then extract the mustard seeds from this mustard tree.People in Bangladesh who think about their health usually use mustard oil in their cooking.

Farmers are preparing the land for sowing paddy.
You can see in this picture a farmer preparing his land for planting paddy.This is the last step in preparing the land for planting paddy.If the land is not prepared properly for planting paddy, it will not produce a good crop. That is why this farmer is preparing to plant paddy in his land with a lot of effort.The better the land is prepared, the better the yield of paddy will be.

He is basically picking lentils from the land.Due to very low rainfall in Bangladesh this year, lentil yield has been very poor.Lentils are produced from these lentil grains.Lentils are very beneficial for health.This farmer takes 500 ruppes/bd daily from the owner for harvesting lentils.

The farmer is carrying the grass
You can see in this picture a farmer carrying grass on his head and taking it home.He will feed this grass to his cows.He cuts grass in the field every day from 2 pm to 5 pm.Feeding raw grass increases the health of cows very fast. That is why this farmer goes to the field every day to cut grass for the cows.

The farmer is cutting the soil
You can see in this picture a farmer digging the soil with a spade.This work is very hard and hard work.He is basically cutting the soil of his owner in exchange for money.He takes 700 rupees/bd daily from his owner to cut the soil.You are a very hardworking farmer.
