MY TRADITIONAL RECIPE "Sinugbang baboy" || OFFERS TO STEEMIT CITY COMMUNITY

So for the start, these are some of my ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
• PORK MEAT SLAB
• SEASONING (UMAMI)
• SALT
• SOY SAUCE
• VINEGAR
• LEMON
• GARLIC
• ONION
PREPARATION AND MARINATING PROCEDURE:
• wash the pork meat thoroughly.
• put it on a bowl and add the vinegar.
• add the soy sauce.
• add the slice onion and the flattened garlic.
• squeeze the lemon.
• add the salt and umami seasoning.
• mix it properly.
Then we proceed to my grilled procedure.
GRILLED PROCEDURE:
1)fire the charcoal and heat it.
2)put the griller and heat it.
3)place the marinated pork meat slab.
4)cook it for about 20-25 minutes.
5)flip on the other side and cook again for 20-25 minutes.
6)done with my recipe and ready to serve.
Next, is my making sauce procedure.
MAKING SAUCE PROCEDURE:
• add the soy sauce.
• next add the vinegar.
• squeeze the citrus lemon.
• add the slice onion.
• finish and ready to serve.
