Egusi Pudding

Egusi Pudding is indigenous to Cameron and some parts of Nigeria. It is considered a traditional food and attempt is made to prepare and dish it in a traditional setting. Cooked in banana leaves and served in the leaves.

Ingredients

• 4 Cups of Egusi
• 1 Cup of grounded Crayfish
• Some smoked fish-sliced
• Some water
• 4 seasoning cubes (Maggie)
• Some salt
• 1 African nutmeg
• Some Onion and garlic
• 3 egg
• Some hot pepper - habanero
