Hello to all and every steemian in this amazing community. Im about revealing the food i consider as best in the world.
It's no other but a food which originates from the Southwest region of Cameroon called Water fufu and eru
Water fufu and eruThe meal you're seeing here is a combination of processed cassava and the soup made of water leaf, eru (Gnetum africanum) or wild spinach, palm oil, smoked fish, meat and pepper.
Water fufuMost times because of the scarcity of water fufu and the long time it takes to be processed, we eat the eru with garri and it is just as sweet as the water fufu.
The reason why this meal is my best is because of its nutritive values. It gives me carbohydrates, proteins and lipids. And makes me regain a lot of energy.
