Warm greetings and success to all steemian who are in this great community.

Today I will show some flowers that are on my home page, according to the theme of the contest organized by @hmetu, namely ”Flowers”.

One of my hobbies is gardening. An empty house without flowers looks unattractive. On the other hand, if the yard is filled with flowers, it makes me feel at home sitting on the terrace for a long time while enjoying its beauty.

One type of flower that is in my yard is a type of cacti and succulent flowers. Where I live, the cacti is a type of plant that rarely blooms. It's maybe due to the climate here, which is not very suitable for cacti.

Seeing the cacti bloom is the moment I've been waiting for. The flowering period of the cacti is also only for a short time, about one day, after which the flowers will pass and fall.

I also have some orchids. Orchids are one of the most popular flowers. Very different from cacti, orchids can last for weeks or even months.

Next, I also have a collection of some roses. Incidentally, there are only two types of blooming roses, namely orange roses and batik roses. If I'm lucky, I can see several other types of roses, such as red, white, purple, and yellow roses.

Other types of flowers that are also in my yard are asoka flowers, kamboja flowers, anthurium flowers, and bougainvillea flowers.

Any type of plant, if cared for properly will surely thrive. Not only expensive types of plants that look beautiful, even less popular plants, if cared for properly will also flower beautifully.
