In advance, thanks to @wo-photography for organizing this wonderful contest with the theme Sport Moment Written & Photography Contest. By the theme, today I will share exciting moments while exercising. Together with a friend where I work, the name of the sport is "Kasti".

I have known this sport since I was little. When I was in elementary school, I often played this sport with my school friends. After finishing elementary school, I never played this sport again.

People today, when hanging out with friends, they do usually tend to sit in a café while chatting. We rarely see them gathering in sports activities.

Some time ago, to coincide with the commemoration of teachers' day, we happened to commemorate it by holding a sports competition for the Kasti. The participants are teachers and students on the committee.

The game that day was so exciting, maybe because we haven't felt a moment like this for a long time. We follow the game with enthusiasm, as long as the game that appears on our faces is happy faces and full of joy.

I will explain a little about this Kasti sport. Kasti is a type of small ball game. The Kasti game trains cohesiveness and cooperation between members in one team. The goal of the Kasti game is to get the maximum score.

Rule of The Game

• Kasti played by two teams, namely the Batting Team and the Throwing Team. Each consists of 12 players.
• A pitcher will throw the ball at the hitter. It must be hit long distances. Then the hitter must run to the first and next post before the fielder picks up and throws the ball.
• If a bat manages to reach the second or third post in one stroke then the batting team will be awarded half the rounding points.
• Each bat gets one chance to hit, but the last batter gets three chances.
• If the hitter does not hit the ball more than three times. Then the guard may burn the free space or turn off the bat when he is about to enter post 1.

Game Time

• The Kasti game lasts for two rounds. Each round lasts 30 minutes, and each round interspersed with a 10-minute break.

Change of Place

• Change of place between the batting team and the guard occurs when one of the hitting teams is hit by a throw of the ball.
• The ball is caught three times in succession by the keeper.
• The bat comes off when hitting.
• One of the hitting squads enters the clearing via the backline.
• One of the hitting squad exits the free space or goes outside the boundary of the court.
• If the guard in the game of Kasti manages to burn the free space

On that day my team won the match. The excitement did not stop there. The losing team was punished, namely dancing while following the music that played. We all couldn't stop laughing at the dancing action of the opposing team.
