WEEKLY COOKING CONTEST # 3 - My Own Version of Ginataang Langka or Jackfruit with Coconut Milk

Hello my dearest steemians!!!!
Hers my entry Sir @sabbirr,On How to Cook A Jackfruit as a Menu...
Some people wants jackfruit as a fruit because of its sweetness and aroma but for me I'm trying to cook this for lunch as our dish of the day.
Hope you like this and try this at home...

INGREDIENTS:
1 Whole Young Jackfruit
2 Whole Coconut Milk

1 pc. Red Onion
1 pc. Ginger
1 pc. Magic Sarap
1 pc. Ajinomoto Seasoning
1tbs. Salt
1/4 kilo Dilis
