Weekly Cooking Contest Week # 4: // Patacones // @ irene1983
Hello to all the members of this beautiful community @The Steemit City is my first participation and it is good that it is participating in this exquisite contest organized by @sabbirrr I think it is an excellent idea to give an opportunity to those of us who love cooking, I heard about the contest by my friend @ nayita238.
Today I present my recipe for Patacones, which is green, fried and crushed plantains for its preparation we need the following:
- 2 Green bananas
- Enough oil to fry
- Salt
Steps:
- We peel our bananas and divide it into three pieces
- When the oil is hot, we put our bananas to cook until golden brown.
- We remove the bananas from the oil and squash them on a bag and plate.
- Once our bananas have been crushed, we put them back in the pan with the hot oil.
- Once our bananas are roasted, we remove them from the oil and serve.
