Hello everyone, I hope all is well. Today I have participated in the cooking competition and this contest is great for which I @sabbirrr I am very thankful that they have conducted this test

This is a wonderful recipe that has been made. I had this plan with my friends and everyone loved it in the evening. Preparations for the making started at 2 pm and continued from time to time. And finally they are ready by evening because they have to be seasoned with spices for three to four hours, so the preparation is started much earlier.

Ingredients:

  1. Two kg chicken
  2. Three lemon
  3. One tablespoon salt
  4. Chicken tikka masala
    5۔ coal
  • First of all we take 2 kg chicken:
    We will cut the chicken into small pieces and try not to have any bone in these chicken pieces so that it can be easily made. Two kilos of meat is enough for people. We had four friends here, so we made two kilos of meat

  • One tablespoon salt:
    We will put a teaspoon of salt in it and we will mix it well

  • Three lemon:
    Then we squeeze three lemons in it and mix it well

  • Leave it like this for fifteen to twenty minutes:
    Squeeze the salt and lemon and mix it well and leave it for at least fifteen to twenty minutes so that the salt and lemon water mix well in it and its Could be better

  • Wash well:
    Then we will wash the chicken thoroughly at least five to seven times and wash it again and again until we know it is completely and thoroughly cleaned. It should not be left and it should be something that is double, otherwise it will become more sour. After washing them, salt and lemon will not be added to it again. They are to be added only once.

  • Chicken tikka masala:
    Then we will add chicken and spices in it which is enough to add the whole packet which will be enough for two kilos of meat. Leave it like this. Don't keep it in too much heat. Keep it in a place that is cold and low humidity. Refrigerate it. All the meat will spoil. If you keep it in the fridge for an hour, it will taste too much and it will be very delicious for me

  • coal:
    Then we will take about half a kilo of coal and burn it well first so that the views can be made on top of it and they become very tasty.
