Today I made a very great dish Badhatha which is made from large size eggplant and it is very tasty. I eat it with great enthusiasm and today I will share its recipe with you people.
I hope everyone will like this recipe of mine
ingredients:
- eggplant
- Onion
- tomato
- Green peppers
- peppers
- Oil
- Salt
- Turmeric
step 1:
First we take three to four large eggplants and cook them well in chunks and cook until the skin on top of them is completely burnt and when the skin on top of the eggplant is completely burnt. When it burns, the pulp inside is removed and separated, which will be used to make it
To remove the inside of the eggplant, we will use a spoon, with which we will remove almost all of the eggplant pulp and leave the burnt pieces.
Onion:
Then we will take two medium sized onions which we will cut into small pieces
tomato:
Then we take two to three tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, thinking that the tomatoes are completely red.
Green peppers:
Then we will add five to six green chillies. You can do more or less according to your test, but if you add five, it will be enough.
pepper:
Then we will add two tablespoons of ground red pepper
Oil:
He said we will pour about a cup of cooking oil. Anyone can come. I have poured Sufi oil.
Salt:
Then we will dissolve two spoons of salt in it
Turmeric:
Then we will add half a teaspoon of turmeric
finally:
It looks so delicious and it's finally ready
