WEEKLY COOKING CONTEST #3:FRIED DRIED FISH WITH TOMATOES
These are the Ingredients:
▪︎1/4 DRIED FISH
▪︎3 PCS TOMATO
▪︎ONION
▪︎GARLIC
▪︎COOKING OIL
▪︎2 CUPS OF WATER
▪︎SEASONING
First: wash the dried fish 2 times.
Second: slice the onion.
Third: flattened the garlic.
The cooking procedure:
Step 1. turn on the stove in a minimum heat.
Step 2. fried the dried fish and then set aside.
Step 3. clean the pan and then pour a small amount of oil into the pan again.
Step 4. add the garlic followed by the onion.
Step 5. put your 3 sliced tomatoes.
Step 6. add the 2 cups of water to make the tomatoes smooth.
Step 7. this time put your fried dried fish and then add the seasoning.
NOTE: dont add salt because the dried fish is already salty thats why I wash it 2 times.
