WEEKLY COOKING CONTEST #03//EGG de TUNA MECHADO

hello steemians!! its good to be back, love to share my menu for the day, and thanks to @sabbirrr creator of this even that given as inspiration, its not just like a simple dish but for given as a chance to share our talent by cooking. "EGG de TUNA MECHADO" a tipid tip for cooking low of budget but affordable price one family can share and eat delicious mechado at home with add on scramble egg!

RECIPE:
-555 TUNA MECHADO IN A CAN
-ONIONS
-GARLIC
-POTATO
-CARROTS
-2EGGS
-SALT
-OLIVE OIL

---chops the onion, garlic ,potato
in to a small pieces

--- chops the carrots also

---saute the garlic,onions,potato ,carrots with olive oil and add pitch of salt

--- add the 555 tuna mechado one can

--- dont for get the egg beaten to cook as scramble egg..

--- Then when scramble egg done, put the easy tipid tuna mechado at the top of the scramble egg...

and done cooking!!!
