Step-1
First cut onion, garlic and chilli
You have to keep it ready. Then you have to put a karai in the oven and put oil in the karai.
Step-2
When the oil is hot, fry it nicely with onion, chilli, salt and cumin.
Step-3
If it is fried in hot oil for some time, then chicken meat should be given in it. After that you have to heat it in a good way so that the meat is cooked well. When the meat is cooked it should be taken out of the oven.
Step-4
After cooking the biryani meat, for cooking the rice, white water should be boiled in medium heat.
Step-5
Hot water should be taken out of the oven. Then a new pot should be put in the oven and soybean oil should be put in it.
Step-6
When the oil boils, fry the raw chilli, onion, salt, hot, spices and ginger paste in hot oil for some time.
Step-7
Once fried, add biryani rice and oil.
Step-8
Then mix it very well with a small stick of fried spices and heat in the middle.
Step-9
When the rice is well mixed with the spices, boil the amount of water in it. Then heat the rice well to boil it.
Step-10
**After some time the rice will be cooked. Then the cooked meat in the middle of the cooked rice should be left on the rice. Then two glasses of boiling water should be given. **
Step-11
When the water from the biryani is a little dry, you have to sprinkle Radhuni Biryani spice in it.
Step-12
If you want to spice up the biryani, you have to put the biryani on the stove for some time. If there is juice inside, it will dry out and the biryani will drip. Homemade chicken biryani will be made in this way.
