Good day everyone. Am glad to participate in this food contest. Thank you @hmetu for this opportunity once more. This is the photograph of my food and I'll describe in summary about it and how it's made.

This is garnished pasta and coleslaw with beef.

This is garnished pasta and coleslaw with beef. The ingredients used in cooking it includes:
Golden penny pasta twist, crayfish, beef, fresh tomatoes, pepper, onions, salt, maggi seasoning, carrots, green beans, cabbage, groundnut oil. The sauce is fried in oil by adding fresh tomatoes, pepper, onions. And fried until dry. The already parboiled pasta is added to the sauce and mixed. Salt and seasonings are added to it to taste. Its allowed to cook for about three minutes and it's ready. The coleslaw is made from sliced cabbage , carrots and green beans. They are all mixed together with mayonnaise of your choice. The pasta is served together with the coleslaw and beef and it's ready to be eaten. You can garnish with banana or any fruit of your choice. It's a good source of carbohydrates and protein, it also contains vitamins and minerals and oils. It's actually a balanced diet.
