WEEKLY COOKING CONTEST WEEK #4 // UTAN BINISAYA

Hello to all steemians this is my first entry to join this contest i hope you like it..

I just want to share all you my recipe incomplete ingredient utan binisaya ,
I just asked grandma for these vegetables because we don't have money to buy them. It's good that grandma has crops and I asked her for the vegetables. Thanks to my grandma to give me a vegetables.

this dish is one of my favorites because even if the ingredient is not complete, it is delicious and healthy.I want to share with you how I did it.

Ingredients:

"Vegetables"

-malunggay leaves

-kalabasa/squash , cubed

• 5 pcs.okra ,sliced

"Seasoning"
-magic sarap
-bitsin/ajinomoto
-asin/salt

"How to cook"

-poor water into a pot over medium-high heat

Add squash;bring to a boil then simmer for 6-7 minutes or until tender

-add okra,lower heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes

-add malunggay leaves then stir it.

-then seasoned with salt , magic sarap and ajinomoto

-then stir until they mixed

Finish our utan binisaya is already cooked and enjoy reading.
