Saludos a todos en este nuevo día, hoy les vengo a explicar como deben hacer para evitar cometer un plagio y no ser sancionado en ninguna comunidad de la plataforma @steemit ya que muchos por falta de conocimiento no saben lo que es el derecho de autor y las consecuencias que podrían ocasionar si no se respeta ese derecho.
R=) Cometemos plagio cuando se divulga, publica o reproduce una obra a nombre de una persona distinto del verdadero, atentando a sus derechos morales, ya que se usurpa su autoría y se defraudan sus intereses económicos. autorización de su autor, verdadero autor, autor diferente al original.
Ejemplo: Después de conocerlo, debes entender que no puedes utilizar el trabajo y las ideas de otros sin una autorización o permiso por que estarás atentando contra su moral y que de ser así podrás ser juzgado por la ley ya que esa información es ajena y tiene dueño eso se llama "derecho de autor"
¿Qué entiendes por abuso de derechos de autor?
R=) Para mi viene siendo lo mismo que acabo de explicar en la parte anterior, utilizar el trabajo y las ideas de otros como si fueran propias, sin importarme lo delicado que es robar información ajena, sabiendo ya que eso es un delito y que puedo ser penado por la ley.
Es muy importante que en esta comunidad trabajemos juntos con este tema y permanecer informando sobre el plagio a cada momento, buscar siempre la manera de trabajar lo menos posible con contenidos de la internet, utilizando nuestros conocimientos y herramientas propias, tomando en cuenta al momento de utilizar material de internet, darle su uso adecuado.
R=) Para no hacer plagio yo recomiendo a la hora de buscar imágenes o textos de personas reales asegurarse bien que estén libres de derecho de autor, identificar la fuente de la pagina y la licencia de cada imagen antes de utilizarla.
Si la imagen esta protegida y no tiene permiso, no se puede utilizar para ningún propósito.
Al copiar y pegar informaciones de textos de las paginas web también cometerás plagio ya que estas sacando una información ajena que te impide ser tomada para ningún beneficio propio ya que esa información tiene dueño.
- Para buscar imágenes de personas reales me dirijo a la pestaña de Google y en búsqueda coloco la imagen que necesito.
Ejemplo: imágenes de las mejores celebridades del mundo
- Elijo la primera opción en Google Ejemplo:
- Al estar en las imágenes elijo herramientas y en herramientas, desplego derechos de uso y elijo “Licencias Creative Common” Ejemplo:
- Aquí elegimos la imagen que vamos a utilizar y nos llevara a la siguiente pagina que nos mostrara las imágenes que vamos a utilizar.
- Yo eligí el de la niña que es la que me llevara a la pagina donde estará la fuente de esa imagen que es la que debo usar, la fuente es el link de la pagina.
- Copiare la fuente de la pagina y lo colocare en los códigos html ya allí tendremos la fuente lista y armada y la colocamos debajo de la imagen. Ejemplo
- Debe quedar así debajo de la imagen que utilizaste.
- En la misma pagina donde copiamos la fuente damos click en "DETALLES DE LA LICENCIA" Ejemplo:
- Nos redijira a la pagina Creative Common” y sabremos si esta libre de autor o no.
Ejemplo:
- Como pueden notar esa imagen esta libre, entonces hare los mismos pasos que hice con la fuente pero esta vez le colocare a los códigos html "Licencia" y coloco la fuente de la pagina. Ejemplo:
Debe quedar así debajo de la imagen que utilizaste.
Ejemplo:
- De esta forma nunca cometerás plagio, este es un ejemplo redactado por mi, pero hay mas formas y ustedes la expresaran aquí ya que es el segundo requisito para poder postear en esta comunidad.

- Evite ser sancionado, cumpla las normas y los reglamentos de las comunidades en todo momento y mas esta que es es la principal de todas y la mas sancionada.
- Al pertenecer a cualquier comunidad es tu deber cuidarla y protegerla ya que mas que un miembro serás parte de ella, aprovechemos esta oportunidad que nos brinda @steemit que nos da alegría y felicidad.
