经过Peanut.Committee讨论决定，Peanut.mine的voting Power下限由55%调至45%

Peanut社区一直被一个问题困扰着：「支付PNUT获得peanut.mine点赞」被少数账号占据，很多用户无法享受此服务。

为此，Peanut.committee考虑过很多改进办法，主要包括以下几种：

1、对获得点赞的发帖id进行限定，至少代理800 SP的steem id才能获得此服务；

2、Peanut.mine的voting power下限为55%；

3、点赞比例可以变动，比如PNUT价格高的时候，1000PNUT可以获得10%点赞，PNUT价格低时，1200PNUT才能获得10%点赞；

然而，收效甚微。我们知道，市场是最好的调节器，让身处其中的人获得各自需要的服务。经过Peanut.committee慎重考虑，我们决定:

1、对获得点赞的发帖id进行限定，至少代理800 SP才能获得Peanut.mine点赞；

2、点赞比例可根据实际情况，进行变动；

3、Peanut.mine的voting power最低值调整至45%；
