Ingredients

  • 1/2 shrimp
  • 5 pieces of tofu cut into cubes
  • 2 map boards
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 200 ml boiled water
  • 1 clove of onion
  • ground spices :
  • 10 pieces of red chili
  • 5 pieces of curly red chili
  • 10 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp pepper

Step

  1. Grind the spices and fry until fragrant.
