1. Steem is the first crypto project I participated without investing my own money (except for electricity and internet) and made profit out of it.
2. I get to befriend real cryptos enthusiasts from all over the world and join legitimate communities to move forward together on our adventures in the blockchain world.
3. Through Steem, I got to participate early in the Nutbox.io DeFi project which is opening up Steemers to the world of DeFi.
4. Steem enables 0 transaction fee on the blockchain, which is advantageous for beginners and small investors, lowering the threshold for newbies to enter the cryptos world.
5. Steem is the first successful tokenized attention economy and it's constantly bridging it to various other areas of blockchain applications such as DeFi and NFT.
6. Community based. Steem has real communities. You can't hide the excitement when you see another Steemer on the street or in another country. It's more than just a blockchain, there's bonding in Steem.
