What is Peanut？
Peanut is a decentralized staking platform based on the Steem blockchain.
What are the differences between Peanut and other staking platforms on Steem？
Similar to other staking platforms (delegation platforms) on Steem, delegators of SP (STEEM POWER) receive upvotes from the official community account (@nutbox.mine). At the same time, the delegators to the Peanut platform (operating on peanut.nutbox.io) also receive the community token (PNUT).
Peanut is also a DeFi platform based on the Steem blockchain. You can convert STEEM and SBD into Tron-based equivalent assets TSTEEM and TSBD respectively at 1:1 in one click. The converted TSTEEM and TSBD can be traded on the decentralized exchange JustSwap on Tron. Peanut also supports the staking of PNUT-TRX liquidity pool token (PNUT-TRX LP) and TSP-TRX liquidity pool token on JustSwap for mining PNUT.
Peanut is a community-owned platform. Community members can submit proposals to raise suggestions for the community. Once the proposal is voted on, the proposer(s) can participate in community development, operation, promotion and other work according to the description of the proposal, and the proposer(s) will also receive PNUT rewards in accordance with the proposal.

What is the relationship between Peanut and Tron Blockchain？
Peanut's smart contract is built on the Tron blockchain. Through the Tron blockchain, Peanut provided the Steem community with the basic modules of smart contracts and DeFi, which can be used for a plethora of applications.
The risk of participating in Peanut？
The risk of participating in Peanut is that you need to invest in STEEM, convert it into STEEM POWER (SP), and delegate it to Peanut. Since there is no risk in delegating SP, the risk of participating in Peanut lies in the rise and fall of STEEM value.
What supports the value of PNUT？
The value of PNUT mainly derives from two aspects:
- the buyback of PNUT by the peanut committee；
- the profit from DApps on Steem incubated by peanut.dao after they start producing results;
In addition to the halving of PNUT at fixed time, the daily distribution volume is fixed within a certain period of time. Therefore, the more curatorial rewards peanut receives, the more significant its support for the price of PNUT, that is, the price of PNUT will increase with the increase of SP received by peanut;

By delegating SP to Peanut (@nutbox.mine) through peanut.nutbox.io, you will also receive upvotes from Peanut (@nutbox.mine) daily. The weight ratio of Upvote is 「(amount of delegated SP × 8/total amount of @nutbox.mine SP) × 100%」, and one post is upvoted every day.
How is the 10% of PNUT owned by peanut.dao allocated？
In the early stage, peanut.dao will support early contributors, the development and operation of nutbox v2, and the most important thing is to support DApps on Steem to obtain DApp tokens.
What is PNUT buyback?
As community members delegate SP to Peanut (@nutbox.mine), @nutbox.mine will be rewarded with STEEM (https://steemd.com/@nutbox.mine). The Nutbox Committee will convert STEEM to USDT from time to time, and buyback PNUT through the PNUT-USDT trading pair on JustSwap.

TSP
TSP is an asset based on the Tron blockchain, which is a TRC20 Token, and 1 TSP is equivalent to 1 SP delegated to Peanut (@nutbox.mine). Holders of TSP can enjoy the same rights as delegating SP, that is, receive curation from PNUT and upvotes from Peanut (@nutbox.mine).

TSTEEM、TSBD

LP Token
On JustSwap, you receive the corresponding LP Token by providing liquidity for a trading pair liquidity pool. For example, by depositing the TRX and PNUT of your account into the PNUT-TRX trading pair liquidity pool on JustSwap, you will get PNUT-TRX LP Token.
