Not exactly. SteemHome, SteemX and SteemVideo are all interfaces that read from the Steem blockchain, but they serve different purposes.
SteemHome is focused on tooling and management. It is built around things like challenge organization, structured evaluation, scoring criteria, reward tracking, and account analytics. You would use it alongside those platforms, not instead of them.
Think of it this way: you can announce your contest on Steemit or SteemX, participants post their entries there, and you use SteemHome to collect those entries automatically by tag, score them, and publish the final results. The platforms work together.
