This line here resonates so deeply with me because at times, we each look for excuses to blame one another instead of trying to find out how our roles affected the relationship

Así es amiga, a veces los dos se enfrascan en buscar quien tiene la culpa y ese no debe ser el objetivo, si ya están en ese punto, ambos fallaron, ahora lo que toca es solucionar.
