The Dairy Game: Scrabble Game.(Who wins?)

Hello Beautiful POOKIES 😍, Trust y'all are doing great today? I'm very well over here because weekends seems to be the only therapy I most times need without paying consultation fee or any sort of recommendation. Just being sarcastic here. It's your girl @mercigold.

Today got me lazing around because I had little or no outdoor serious engagement. During weekends I have more online orders to attend to that keeps me indoor except on few occasions. So while resting and listening to music, my neighbors came knocking. At first I was wondering what the emergency was because the knocks persisted and one could tell from the sound that it was more than one finger on that door and my name echoed in different tones and voices. I sluggishly stood up and while I approached the door they all chorused "Where's your Scrabble Game, we're free today". I almost denied the fact that I wasn't free today because I never had plans of stepping out at all but with the looks on their faces one could tell for a fact that they were bored and wanted to utilize their leisure.

At this point they all gave their suggestions for the best location suitable to play this game. Finally we settled for a field spot which was generally accepted by all because it was Condusive, Serene, and far from our home. We got dressed in a very light and comfortable outfit, pickup some throw pillows, folded some blanket, packed few edibles and in no time we arrived.

The sole aim of taking this time off was to teach them the principles of Scrabble game,how to use scrabble words and as well show them how to play. Little did I know they had a different plan in mind entirely. I'm I the only one who doesn't find if fun winning alone while playing a game with a novice? In as much as I want to win I also get encouraged when there's a competitor next to me. They got even more bored along the line while playing and decided to first munch on snacks. Trust me when I say there's love in sharing.

It was a game day out but with the look of things I can see Picnic happening here... I could feel the genuine smiles on their faces in as much as I wasn't happy with the fact that they scattered the scrabble board and the dices are disappearing gradually. This was a moment and I choose to cherish it. I knew for a fact that scrabble dices can always be replaced but you see this moment. It's once in a life time.

What's a picnic without having so much to munch on. So we brought banana and some groundnut, more yoghurt...We all gave suggestions thinking of what to compliment these yoghurt with, finally we agreed to having pizza as the main meal. I immediately placed an order for a small size pizza. In less than twenty minutes it arrived and I picked up from the dispatch.

Yes!! We had our desired combo and truly, it was such a delight having beautiful neighbors who create priceless memories. There's always a saying that states "Twenty Friends Can't Play for twenty Years" If this is true to a fault then one should learn to appreciate the times they spend with the people presently around them.
