I think you can work a lot and hard without being a workaholic. You only realise goals if you make an effort, maybe exhaust yourself. But: these are usually snapshots, temporary exceptions. Otherwise, we don't live to work, we work to be able to live. Dependence, workaholism, begins where someone defines himself only, really exclusively, through his work. They have no hobbies and know what to do with themselves when there is nothing to do. I myself am not susceptible to it, I never was. But I know people who feel the same way. It's not only unhealthy, but also very sad...

You are right...about this Actually. And really it is true that one only realise goals if they make an effort, but do you know those effort sometimes gradually turns to habit and from the workaholic😄..., i have actually faced this and woking on it.

But atleast i have hobbies...

And yeah this is unealthy.
