RE: From the heights

Hello friend,
you live on the 15th floor or did you climb to the top to show an overview?
There's a lot to see around the building. Seems as if everything is nearby, sea included. How far is the distance by foot?

Will you please remove the words "Photo Story Diary" from your title.

I wish you a great Sunday and send you a hug.

I live in a house with a front yard. With lots of plants.T
This is the building where a colleague and friend lives. When I visit her I go to her balcony and take pictures from it. It is really amazing! Because the building where she lives, besides having more than 20 floors, is located on a hill. So it's like being in a skyscraper with more than 30 floors.
What you see in front of you is a whole park with multiple fun places. The sun can be seen from noon to sunset.
To one side at the end of the photos, is the terminal of the ferry or the most popular maritime transport to an island off the Venezuelan Caribbean coast.
You can walk from the apartment to the park in 10 minutes. You walk down the hill, cross the avenue and there is the park. At the end is the beach, a part of the Caribbean Sea coast.

You described it very well, good for a prospect selling the appartments. It's a luxury to have it all in walking distance.
I hope there's an elevator if with many groceries of the need to move in/out.

A great day!
♥️🍀

It is true, the building has an elevator, but it is also true that the power goes out here every day and without prior notice. The building has no emergency power plant, so if the power goes out and you are inside the elevator you have to stay there until you are rescued by the building's inhabitants.
My friend has told me that she has stayed inside on a few occasions. I don't like it at all.
