Jika saya mengadakan kontes, saya sendiri harus bekerja keras untuk menghasilkan Steem yang cukup untuk membayar hadiah tersebut. Thank you for your long answer. I agree with most of it except the fact that I, as a host of the contest paying the prizes myself, should discuss with the team who to reward. To me, this is not done as you can read in the article I wrote. You find the link left in this comment section.
If I host a contest I have to work hard myself to generate enough Steem to pay for those prizes. I have done this for many years and most of the Steem I earned went to others. Fair? Unlike most, I didn't fill my pocket, am not selfish, and upvote daily different Steemians (if not my CSI drops! Back to me and the contests I host (see the fact I pay for it as a donation to the community).
To me what counts first is: creativity. It is time to get rid of the flood of boring posts and make this platform a great place to be instead of making the creative minds leave.
I do care about originality, original is not answering questions, telling the same what hundreds said before and can be found everywhere on the internet. Original is written by the author. To me it is laziness to copy-paste others' text or use AI to receive an upvote.
There's more needed to write something good.
As far as I know, all the communities I join are alert if it comes to AI-written text and use more than one AI checker next to common sense since we know the AI checkers can be fooled. We also know that high-ranked Steemians, curators, and moderators use AI to comment.
What counts to me first are words. The text, words, and if a photo contest is joined this photo shouldn't be stolen from someone else. If the text is good, the words are catching the entry is a quality to me. Just like you said there are no rules if it comes to creativity and for sure my mind works differently than from the average man.
If I understand you well you find a point system the best way to call a winner? How about setting more winners? For example, 10 Steem is divided among 10 people as an encouragement.

Sadly, too many paid to post forum have been destroyed by AIs written texts because users weren't committed enough to rack their brains for their own comments and topics. Sadly, all fair users' job resulted jeopardised cause unfair attitude, as the shortage of the rewards affected all the community.

It was the faraway 2020 when I had joined noise.cash. And yes, it died (it still existed the last time I saw the site, but it wasn't any more a PTP). It had been really helpful when it was alive.
KInd of pity that it died. Perhaps they come back and relive or the the draining is a problem. I a m afraid this is the case with most paying platforms. People come up with all kinds of tricks to fool the system, too lazy to upvote and angry if no one upvotes them.
I heard about another platform (Blurt?) and the first one I joined was Weku but no idea what happened to that one. Back one wat the main problem whatever was earned couldn't be cashed out. I never understood how it worked but I liked the word WEKU.
It's the first time I see the mention of Weku. I didn't know about. Blurt still exists, but it pays merely crumbs and you must pay (from your earnings) each time you move in the platform: you must pay to publish, you must pay to answer to another user, you must pay to follow another user, etc.,etc.,etc. After a couple of years, I was able to withdraw more or less only 50 cents (and I'm in only thanks to Italian friend mad-runner who paid the account for me...).
These are crumbs. I never heard if blurt sounds like a waste of time.

Well, publish0x was forced to reduce rewards, as it happened in many other sites (I don't remember the specific reason, but it's likely the owners couldn't monetize to cover all their expenses). Now it's the same crumbs as blurt (but users can freely move without paying any fee at all), but as I have 2 beloved e-books and musics, so I publish once per 60 days to not lose the account and my jobs. The real trouble is Kucoin withdrawals, as unfortunately, since the umpteenth cryptocurrencies regulation law in my country, I can't use any more international CEXs and wallets of any kind. Only national CEX.
