Once in a while the numbness will be back and so will be anger. I did the same just shorter but till today I am grateful I put it to an end although I paid a very high price and still pay. Still, it is the best thing I did for me.

Perhaps you should read the 6th nominated entry of Team True Colour written by @ germanbava. You can also read his earlier posts. I hope it helps you. Let's try to climb out of the swamp and go up!
