Meeting with my team to discuss the recent 100 SBD transferred to smilenigeria

It is not new to you all about the recent development concerning the upcoming proposed Educational Charity project to be carried out in Nigeria Sponsored by the world smile through the smilenigeria charity account.

Well, it is my pleasure to announce to you that following the recent update posted on the smilenigeria accountA PLAN TO EXECUTE FIRST WORLDSMILE PROJECT IN NIGERIA., this project is about to commence with immediate effect.

In line with this, I arranged for a meeting between me and my team members in other to update them about the recent development and also gathered possible suggestions on how we would pilot this project smoothly.

In the meeting, we discussed how we would continue to support the implementation of charity programs in Nigeria, and the world smile at large. We were supposed to meet in person, but since many of the members were not around, we decided to hold the meeting Virtually and the three members of my team Joined.

Here is the minute of the meeting held on the March 4th, 2022:
Agenda:

• Transfer of 100SBD from world smile to smilenigeria account. I mentioned to the team that on the 3rd of March 2022, 100SBD was transferred from the worldsmile account to the smilenigeria account. I also mentioned that I have bought 1445.963 steem for 112.037 SBD, it is 112.037SBD because the transferred SBD was added to the previous claimed SBD on the account. We discussed the exchange rate and how the money would be cashed out so that we can have it physically in Naira (Nigerian Currency). The Nigerian Bank account for this transaction is going to be my bank account which is Zenith Bank.

• Our Banner Colour: The team agreed that we should use blue and gold colors for our banners. And they also agreed that we can maintain the same color in all our banners to look Unified.

• How we can show our commitment individually in other to support this charity project in our country. It was discussed and agreed that we can always set our percentage whenever we make a post in Steem for a better life community, the team also agreed to occasionally set some percentage in other communities while making a post in other to support the smilenigeria charity account.

The meeting ended on a good note. And we also schedule to hold one more meeting on Tuesday next week.

I will update you all on the financial usage as this project is about to start. For now, we have not used any funds yet until I exchange and sell it through a Binance wallet.
Our first project will commence with immediate effect.
