The Latin American countries have allowed gender equality, but there are others that due to their culture have not done so, they must allow the development of women, where they do not have their own voice and that, in my opinion, is something that should change.

You are perfectly right. There are some countries their culture don’t allow women to take part in some particular jobs which shouldn’t be the case.
There is should be gender equality. And I think with gender equality, the world will be nice and lovely.
This is because, everyone will have equal treatment when it comes to job opportunities, decision making etc.
