On this platform, gender is not evaluated, but people's brains, although there are more active women than men, we all have the same opportunities to express ourselves and write about what we want and be rewarded for that in the best way as long as we comply with the established rules.

Yeah you are right. Over here, there is gender balance. In a sense that, everyone is equally treated and everyone know that, you only get up vote when you always keep posting quality posts.
And more over, there is no special treatment for anyone. We all received equal support and treatment.
