Have you ever had coconut sambal with your meal....??? If not, this is the right time to give it a try....Now I'm going to show you how to make coconut sambal recipe at home in Sri Lankan style. We can try it with main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). We can try 🥥 sambal not only rice ,but also noodles , String hoppers , bread like that...

Now you can see what are the ingredients for coconut sambal my way.

Ingredients 👇

✳️ Grated Coconut
✳️ Red chilli 1or 2
✳️ 1/2 table spoon of red chilli flakes
✳️ Salt as you need
✳️ Black pepper
✳️ Red Onion 1

Instructions 👇

step 01

We want to grate half cup of coconut.

Step 02

As 2nd step, I took chopped 2-3 red onions, chopped red chilli and 2 limes.And we want to red chilli flakes,salt and black pepper as you need.

Step 03

After that we should add all spices, chopped onion and chopped red chillies in to grated coconut bowl. After, add some lime juice in it as your taste..

Step 04

Finally, should mix all ingredients by hand. Now Sri Lankan special traditional coconut sambal is ready for serve. You can serve this special dish with rice , noodles, String hoppers like that. It's sound is sooooo yummy. If you want more spices 🥵 you can add more and more red chilli flakes as your taste.
