Here to be quite truthful , as follow should be my straight up answer for that . No , am not sick at all
If you are sick , are you currently being treated ?
Here a single but powerful big truth is , am not sick . So there would be no such need for me being getting , currently treated. As there should be no such need for it.
If you are not sick, what prevention do you do so that you are always healthy ?
Reality is that , is being well plained here in this very side of the world upon. That , such as prevention is mainly better than sacrifices.
So , on constant base. I personally taking such preventional strides. As towards maintaining my health , and as-such get myself on healthy state for ease living. Kind of life free from disease and bad sicknesses around.
Getting on about those nature of prevention I do always , so as to keep staying healthy.
Among others what I do most often , for my body system to get along. That , that do make me to get feel save and ready to go . Mainly for selective body components such as joints , triceps and state of sound body weight.
Are as follows:
° Stretching : This is an early morning kind of stretching . For both my shoulder and abdomen (waist) and my both legs.
° Meditation and timely devotion : Meditation is very good , since I learnt it . And I been applying it that , anytime I sense being in the meditating spirit or frequency. Another one is devotion, devotion can help the body skipped some potential attacked or evil of the day . There by making who involve like myself keep staying healthy.
° Exercising : Here , not mainly long hours exercise . But , little daily trekking habits can help go .Quite a very long way towards maintaining healthy balance body. Along some other exercising techniques either by machine or that , that just do need your body to get move.
° Body massaging : This very healthy technique , though is being not all that do common . But it's very powerful as it can help repositioning your whole body system back to proper fitness and functioning.
There are kind of body massaging such as manual body massaging and machine or technology base.
Recently I have been privy to experienced the machine base , while before I did only manual state. Rather get aid by any available sibling . Cause body massaging you can't just get handling yourself all alone.

° Getting enough sleep daily : Sleeping is very crucial , towards reviving our body from work stress. And regaining full consciousness body awakening while getting awake from normal hours - sleeping.
° Eating fruits and taking enough vegetables in your meals: This also another way to keep our body well balance and functioning. I do take vegetables most often than fruits.
° Taking applicable herbs : Here the common disease is malaria . I do have herbs here which I do prepare and take whenever I sense malaria symptoms.
Those are my main ways which I do , so as to prevent myself from disease and common illness. Serious note is praying and acknowledging God the true Creator.

Here are kind of tips I would love to recommend , for anybody anytime towards getting avoid difference nature of disease.

√ Trying oneself absolute best mainly to limit sugar intake and or consumption
√ Eschewing taking an ultra processed food
√ Always have good enough sleep time
√ Limit an alcoholic consumption to zero
√ Do take more multivitamins and possible supplements
√ Do avoid culture late hours heavy eating
√ Eat well and drink enough water always as applicable
√ Do consume more of nuts and seeds
√ Do exercise at least regularly
√ Do interact and socialize
√ Do avoid consuming spoiled and unhealthy meals
√ Maintaining good personal hygiene as applicable
√ Always be very conscious for both your physical and mental health
√ It shouldn't be a bad idea to have primary health physician , that if possible
√ Limit and reduce your moment on screen , with high contrast ray or lightening .
√ Limit your consumption of preservatives food to nearest zero
√ Do meditate , pray and affirm your inspiring quotes and acknowledge God.
