Steem For Better Life Community Development Analysis is a community indicator in measuring community growth and development on a regular basis, this is done at several important points behind the growth and development of a community. This publication is legal and serves as a benchmark in addressing problems and maintaining achievements over a 1-week period.
There are several indicators that are used as the basis for conducting evaluations, such as:

When viewed from the growth of community members, in general every active community will experience member growth from time to time, member growth is closely related to admin and moderator services in welcoming every post published in that community. So far, Steem For BetterLife Community realizes that the service aspect has decreased significantly and this has implications for the credibility of the community, for example it will reduce the active poster and pending community rewards if the curation support is inadequate.
It can be concluded that the growth of members does not have a significant impact on the growth and development of the community.

190 active posters is a warning to the community, meaning that this must be a concern for community elements to continue to spur the community so that it has the power of users to continue to be here and create creative content. So far, the community has carried out various contest themes to maintain active posters, for example a contest organized by myself as admin (@irawandedy), @klen.civil, @sofian88 and @amryksr contests in totality and loyalty in holding contests despite their status as community volunteers.
We elements of the community appreciate this and try to make new breakthroughs to support the increase in active community posters, for example by encouraging the team to be part of the engagement program initiated by steemitblog. With off steem for better life from the program itself, it has hit the community so they must immediately respond to this.
| 3. Community Ranking |

Community ranking increases with the number of pending rewards in a community, currently Steem For BetterLife Community has not been able to provide maximum curation to encourage community rankings to increase, but curating community accounts is only a stimulant to active users in this community.
Now, it takes creativity and initiative from blog activists to continue to spur themselves into producing content that can be consumed by the public on the platform, it is felt that it needs to emphasize creativity from users to get support from king curators who are able to encourage increased community rankings, namely in the form of support from @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02 to SC09.
With the availability of the Community Curator Team, platform activists should be able to take advantage of this momentum, not only benefiting themselves by obtaining curation, but encouraging the improvement of the community's image in the future.
| 4. Steps to Improve and Sustain Community Outcomes |

As in the discussion above, each community has positive and negative changes, for this reason these analysts become an indicator of the identification of the overall success of the community and the decline in the credibility of the community.
Efforts made by:
- Expand posts in the Steem for Better Life Community
- Increase Comments for new posts
- Give appreciation and openness to members to propose programs as a form of community program through management meetings.
- Increase member participation by continuing to support the Programs and Contests that are run.
- Selectively awarding creative content in the form of submissions for support curation which is booming as long as this program continues.
- Intense promotion of the platform to the public
- Evaluate programs and community credibility through regular community meetings.
- Identify the factors of failure/decrease in community achievement in general.
