The Steem Education Community is one of the Steem Communities oriented to 3 main aspects, namely Steem/crypto Education, Investment and PowerUp,

Community Formation Goals

The purpose of establishing the Steem Education community in general is to have a strategic role in contributing to steem users. Four aspects of the objectives of the community can be described as a program to improve the quality and quantity of users for the investment climate.

1. Provide assistance to all Steemit account users
   Steem Education is a place to provide Mentoring and motivation to all steemit users, especially newcomers to be able to learn and understand various things about steem and steemit

2. Provide the latest information about steem investment and Power Up
   Steem Education as an educational medium conveys detailed actual information about actual information about positive user activities that are released regularly in the form of investment news and Power Ups. This regular news can not only be consumed by Community members but by all steemit users. Information about the investment climate and PowerUp can encourage and influence every user to follow positive trends in the form of PowerUp and investment so as to make Steem a future asset, indirectly this activity can increase steem promotions to the public. For this reason, curation support is needed for every positive activity, both PowerUp and investment.

3. Fully support active and creative users
   Currently, Steem Education has regular contests about Steem education and Investment, the intended contest is in the form of Steem Investing Contest which has been held for 10 editions and then the Markdown Implementation Contest which is a continuation of the implementation of education that is owned when completing Achievement 4 in the Newcomers Community program.

4. Organizing contests that have a positive impact on future steem education.
   Contest support will be given to all members from various countries to participate in creating creative contests according to the vision and mission of the community through freedom of access and community representation in other countries.

Steem Education as a Differentiating Community

In general, every community has a vision to increase promo-steem, but the strategies applied are complex. Well, here Steem Education was born as a differentiator, we are here to provide a new nuance as an integral part of Steem growth through external investment and PowerUp, besides that further education about Steem is an important indicator as a place for learning about existing tools, as well as a medium for learning cryptocurrencies so that they can directly contribute to the Crypto Academy.
Based on the Steem Education program and vision and mission, every user should choose to be part of this community because what is most expected on this platform is Positive activities in the form of Investments and PowerUps so that they can support the sustainability of the Steem Ecosystem in the future.

Steem Education Community Structure

Currently Steem Education has 741 subscribers, the number of subscribers continues to increase during August with the support of the @booming account. The Steem Education Community structure consists of two admins namely @heriadi (country representative and Greeter in the newcomer community) and @irawandedy (Greeter Helper in the newcomer community), and 6 moderators, namely @radjasalman (Country Representative and Greeter in the newcomer community) @ steem.education (Community account) @endplagiarism04 @klen.civil @sofian88 and one moderator as a community award to the steemit team, namely @steemcurator01).
Steem education admins and moderators have a strategic role for community growth through the synergy of the newcomer community and the Steem Education Community in providing input and encouragement for community progress.

Team Community Award

The investment strategy implemented in steem education applies a 60:40 system, meaning that teams that have the initiative to build a community can carry out their Steem Power Delegation, there they will get weekly profit sharing according to the community's income which is directly proportional to the number of their delegates.
The short-term community program does not provide rewards and incentives to the team because the initial phase of community development can be carried out by applying the nature of gotong royong and commitment to voluntary community building. However, steem education has a long-term program in the form of appreciation for the team's hard work in building a community according to the workload they have.
The reward can be allocated from the income of the official community account posting every week and is given measurably according to the amount of income earned and the contribution of the community team.

Community Admin

Steem Education from the beginning had 2 admins (@heriadi and @irawandedy), this was done to accommodate community needs with planned strategic programs, moreover the strength of 2 admins would facilitate performance in community operations.

Both admins have the same access rights to the community, both fill roles between each other and have overall account access, both master key, private posting key and other keys stored in the community's online Drive.

Steem Education Community Curation Account

The idea of ​​a curation account was created to distribute positive votes in the form of upvotes and produce official content which is updated regularly according to the program that has been designed.
@steem.education as a curation account so far has 20,702,350 SP (19,299,280 sourced from delegates and 1,403,060 SP obtained from PowerUp as a result of community account posting rewards). Delegations are generally obtained from admins, moderators and members who are carried out voluntarily as a form of concern for the growth and development of the community.

Steem Power @steem.education will continue to grow along with the number of PowerUps made from the remaining 40% profit sharing with delegators and open delegation to each member. As a long-term program, the community will implement a weekly delegation system to all members voluntarily with an amount according to their abilities, as well as admins and moderators, except for respectable moderators such as @endingplagiarism and @steemcurator01, both of whom have no obligation to delegate.

Admin has access to vote on posts by delegates, members and other users outside the community, the percentage of internal upvotes refers to the percentage of delegates given and users outside the community can be adjusted to the quality of the content created. External voice support is intended as an effort to promote the community so that the intensity will continue to grow from time to time.

Based on data quoted from the steemworld.org web-based application, currently @steem.education has CSI voting: 9.0 (0.00% self, 193 upvotes, 57 accounts, last 7d). So far, every week the community account is operated to vote on 193 posts (average per week).

Plagiarism and Abuse

Steem Education opposes negative activities carried out on the Education Community homepage, so far the community has directed and given warnings to users who plagiarize content or spam activities, the second strike is done by applying pressure and the third strike for the same account is done by muting the content .
To create a plagiarism-free community, steem Education has invited @endplagiarism04 to be part of the community, the community has appointed him as one of the moderators so that they have access to negative account activity.
On the other hand, as described in the Community Structure point, admins and moderators fully support @endplagiarism04's vision and mission to eradicate plagiarism and spam on this platform, this is realized by delegating some of the SP from Admin and Moderators to the @endplagiarism04 account.

Inter-Community Cooperation

Steem Education in collaboration with newcomers Community, there are 2 Greeter (@heriadi and @radjasalman) who verify new user accounts through Achievement 1 on Newcomers Community and 2 Greeter Helpers (@irawandedy and @nadilchairy), this is considered a big capital to select members Steem Education is selective so that it is free from the Elements of Abuse which is a negative list for platforms and communities.
