Hope Contest | My Plans and Expectations for Steemit and the Steem Token.
Every Steemian who understands how the Steemit platform function will always have higher hopes for the Steem token and the Steemit platform as well. Having being on the Steemit platform for close to 4 years now I can tell you from experience that I have more hopes for the Steem token and the Steemit platform as a whole.
Before I go further to discuss based on the contest hints given, I will love to acknowledge the author and organiser of this wonderful contest in the person of
@irawandedy. It is a beautiful contest that will help users to learn more about Steem and Steemit.

My hope for Steem is not for a short term hence I will be discussing my hope for Steem in the future. Firstly when I saw this question I decided to make a little research about Steem for the past few years ago i.e. the historical record of the token.
Firstly, I have hopes that the price of Steem will one day gets to its all time high of $8.19 as it was recorded on 3rd January 2018. I'm sure this is very possible because the Steemit team have put on ground mechanism to achieve it and the burnsteem25 strategy is one of the mechanism.
Currently Steem is ranked #436 in the list of cryptocurrency in coingecko, I'm confident that sooner it will be among the first #100 coins. This also can be achieved when the price goes higher and the circulating supply also increases.
The above listed are general hopes I have for the Steem token so below I will like to share with you my personal hope as a Steemian on the Steemit platform.
Firstly, I hope to achieve the rank of an orca i.e., 50k Steem power before the end of this month and also I hope to have all the necessary assistant and support to also come up with a good program on the platform which everyone will benefit from.
I also hope to work with other like mind teachers to build a teacher's training college here on Steemit where we can train people how they can become effectively teachers in their various field of studies.

For the first plan of achieving atleast a 50k SP before the end of this month, there is nothing much other than to remain consistent and work hard. It's on this note that I have decided to always put in my best when writing any article so that it may get better reward from curators.
I have also resolved to always write atleast 1 article daily and also use all my voting power daily because that is the only way to grow my account and also support others. I have also dedicated my time engaging with other Steemians especially during this engagement challenge.
For the next plan which is coming together with people of like mind to build a community where we can train and educate everyone to become a better teacher, I have started making contact to people of like minds and when we are set we will start one of the most unique communities on Steemit.
As a teacher, you are seen as the first before any profession because everyone was taught by a teacher. So having a community where we can train people to become qualified teachers from scratch will do Steemit a lot of good because even moderators and workers of the Steemit platform will be trained in this community.

Like I said earlier in the previous question, I have resolved within myself to remain consistent and also improve the quality of my publications and also my engagement with other Steemians. This will enable me to grow more faster. Also I have resolved to always use my voting power to its fullest.
As I try to support other users, I also grow my account. So writing and voting and commenting is what I have started doing already and I'm sure if I remain consistent my goals and dreams will be achieved.
For the case of the community, I have also started making contacts as it is not something you just start. I wan to have people with like minds so that we can all work together and achieve they said goal and our purpose for the community will be achieved.

Sometimes, when I see people with big steem power, I wonder the magic they have done to get to that level??
You have really tried for yourself over the years building such steem power and I know that achieving orca will be a walk in the park..
