Street food is one of the most popular foods among people in every region. People of Bangladesh have different street food that they like. Today I am ready to tell you about one of the most popular dishes of our country. STEEM FOR BETTER LIFE COMMUNITY Learn about my country's street food and other friends' food through Street Culinary Competition organized by Respected Admin @irawandedy Sir. I think this is an important competition for all of us. My current favorite street food is Fuchka.

Fuchka is the most popular dish of Bangladesh. Fuchka is prevalent almost everywhere in urban areas. Fuchka is usually a round pastry made of flour and semolina filled with spicy boiled potatoes and pulses, topped with cucumber, carrot salad and tamarind water. Bangladeshi price 40 taka with six fuchkas and sour on a plate.

This shop is very near to my house. I often go out for evening walks and enjoy eating street food. And it is very nice to sit or stand on the side of the road and eat fuchka. The shopkeeper is very busy preparing the food as many people flock to eat the street food in the evening.

This dish consists of boiled potatoes, pulses and various spices mixed together to form a whole and filled with a round patti. And on top of that, cucumber, carrot, pepper and onion are mixed together and smeared on petals and finally, eggs are broken and spread to make fuchka. Ready to serve with a plate of fuchka tamarind sourdough.
