Assalamu Alaikum everyone. As always, the STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE community has once again organized a very cool contest. I always love this type of contest. The theme of the competition is Street Culinary. I would like to thank the organizer @irawandedy for organizing such a great competition every time. Today I will present the famous and popular Street Culinary of my country to you through this competition.

We Bengalis have always been a bit of a foodie and are ready to go all the way to a five-star hotel or a traveling shop for good food. At any place on the streets of Bangladesh, you will see shopkeepers sitting and arranging different kinds of food. One such food which is famous as Street Culinary of Bangladesh is Chotpoti and Fuchka.

One of the most popular street foods in Bangladesh is Chotpoti and Fuchka. Chotpoti and Fuchka are sold in the same van. Chotpoti can also be consumed separately. Chotpoti can be stuffed in the puff and eaten.

Chotpoti cooking process: First, peas should be boiled, then raw chilies, coriander leaves, onions, spice masala, cucumber, tomato ingredients should be mixed very well. Then you can mix it with tamarind juice to increase its taste.

Fuchka cooking process: It is basically the dough is rolled into small pieces and fried in oil. That is what is called fuchka. Fuchka is made with all the ingredients of the Chotpoti inside the shell of the fuchka.

The street food trader I will introduce today has been engaged in this food business in my community for 23 years. His name is Razzaque. He used to sell Chotpoti and Fuchka in his small vat. For a long time, at a certain place in our area, every day from afternoon to 10 pm, he makes Chotpoti and Fuchka and feeds the customers with his own hands. I also eat from his shop often. He cooks wonderful food. The picture below is his traders and sales stands.

2. Photos of food presentations.

Talking about food presentations, I would say that he prepares all his food in a healthy manner. He prepares food according to the way he likes to eat. In other words, if someone eats more spicy, he is made with more spicy Chotpoti and Fuchka, and if someone eats less spicy, he is made like that. Apart from this, some of the Chotpoti and Fuchka like to eat chopped boiled eggs while some do not. He is a food trader who is loved by everyone as he provides all these things to the customers.

3. Photos of food.

I mainly like to take out food parcels and eat with the whole family. Eating out alone is not a habit unless there is a family member. So whenever I purchase this food from this uncle I take the parcel to my house. I took two plates of Chotpoti and Fuchka from this street vendor and also took two types of tamarind water. One is sweet and the other is sour.

4. Selfie photos of you when you visit the venue.

Finally I took a selfie with the venue and food vendor from where I always buy street food. He has known me since childhood. So he didn't feel any discomfort to take any picture. Needless to say he was very happy that I would make a content about him. As you can see he is making Chotpoti and Fuchka for me and parceling it.

Conclusion

Finally, anyone can make a living doing this type of small street culinary business. Currently many people in our country can do this type of Street Culinary business by making small investment to eliminate the wireless. Basically, due to low investment and high customer demand, many people in Bangladesh are benefiting from such business and accelerating the economic wheel of the country.
