Today I will write about the historical place of Bangladesh of our country “Ahsan Manzil”.

Ahsan Manzil is located on the banks of Buriganga River. It was founded by Sheikh Enayet Ullah. It is located in Kumartuli. This beautiful palace is named Rang Mahal. The beauties of the subcontinent were kept here. Then its reputation spread around.

At one time it was occupied by the French. Their official work was done from here. After the war with the English, the French lost. This time they sold this house.

In 1830, Dhaka zamindar Khwaja Aminullah bought it. Then he made it his habitation. He started living here with his family. He also built a mosque. He named the old Mahal Andar Mahal and built a new Mahal called Bahir Mahal or Rang Mahal. He dug a big pond here. After his death it was named "Ahsan Manzil" after his son Khwaja Ahsanullah.

After his death it was acquired by the government. Then it loses its charm. Many Bharatiyas started living there. Then it completely loses its beauty. Later, in 1985, the Dhaka Museum acquired it by court order and restored it and turned it into a museum.

It is as beautiful as the palace inside. Inside there are many furniture, furniture used by Nawabs. which are saved. They have used war clothes. There are foreign chandeliers. The interior is closed. Hundreds of visitors come every day. I also used to travel a lot with my family as a child. By the side of the river, the Ahsan Manzil Palace stands as history.
