Change password is a tool created by @steemchiller found on the @steemworld.org.
To locate this stool, click on @steemworld.org and sign into your account. Then click on change password.

This will open to a page. On this page you can carry out your function or reason why you visited the page.

Uses of tool change password
Its main uses include

• it is used incase an old password is misplaced that's all the keys like the master key, and public and private keys, it can help you to generate a new master password and public and private keys for your account.
  After filling in your username, click on generate keys, this will create new master key as well as other keys for your account

From this stage, you can click on change password which is at the bottom end of the page. A minor window will open indicating if you wish to change your keys for that account by asking you if you have taken precautions of saving your master key alread?

At this point, if you click on yes, your keys will automatically change. When you have recovered your account, you will have to wait for at least 1hour before you can start using your keys.

• if its a case that you have misplaced the other public and private keys, and you still have your master password, you login, fill in your username and the master password or key as the new master key. The other public and private keys will automatically be created and changed.

Click on change password and save your keys.

At the beginning, misplacing your keys was the end but with change of password, you can have your keys. And also to change your keys if need be.
