Greetings to everyone out there 👋!!
I hope you all are doing well and may this post finds you in your best health...
Today am here to share my another day with you it was a busy but good day. I took multiple shots of the day so i am compiling these shots into a amazing diary game for you guyz ;

First of all i started my day as usual by waking up early in the morning and this day it was not actually early because i was bit off my daily routine so when i got up in no time and took bath. Then i took my tea and it was a yummy tea because ilaichi added a wonder taste to it.

Then i had to go to work that i hate about the morning 😁 but yes i am a hardworking employee as well. Well i got dressed. Polished my shoes and then picked my all stuff and went to office.

After reaching office i realized that i had a lot of work of work pending as tasks to do. I decided to figured it out and then started working on it finally i had my most of work done by the half of the day ;

Then i checked my attendance sheet and i realized that my attendance sheet was pending to be regularised by our team leader. I went to him and then got it regularised .

After that we got a break of one hour and first of all me and my friend decided to have lunch and then we went on rooftop . Where i realized that there was to much smog today. This is a very big environmental issue and i will separately make a post for it. You can see it in the picture

Well, after break i got back to my work and started my work. Till the evening i was done with my targets and i was free to go by the 6pm. After such long shift it is always very happy to get relaxed and go.

On the way back to hostel i captured some shots of traffic and all around because i just love traveling in the lights and in the open wide roads. So here are expression of my travelling snaps

After coming back i took some rest and then decide to cook baryani . I mostly cook foods for myself because I don't like hotel foods much besides i also love cooking and in cooking i specifically love biryani . Well before getting into all steps let's have a look at

Ingredients 🫕 :

• Rice 1Kg
• 2 Big onions
• 1 cup ghee
• 1 tomato
• Green chillies
• 1 ginger piece
• Few garlic pieces
• 1/2 kg chicken
• Black pepper powder
• Zeera masala
• Red chilli powder and pink salt
• Biryani masala
• 1 cup yogurt

Then i started making it. First of all i took out my pan and fried onions when they turn into dark brown. After that took them out in a plate.

And then grinded chopped green chilies, tomato, garlic, ginger in chopper by adding some water and make a pasty liquid of it. Then poured this liquid into pan and soaked chicken into it.

After that to add some special and proper taste. I added chilli powder, biryani masala, garm masala, black pepper and salt to it.

Then i put the fire on and started cooking it. The flame was very good and my chicken started turning into finely cooked very soon.

After few minutes my chicken masala was ready so i took it off and put aside.
I took out rice and then added water almost double to their volume. I had not soaked rice so they had to be properly boiled. While i took rice in a very big pot and started boiling them.

When the water was completely boiling, i checked that the rice were now completely fine. So i filtered out the extra water and after that started adding layers of prepared chicken masala into the rice.
After adding layers i covered it completely and put it on the steem for 15 minutes. After required time the beautiful rice were waiting for me. The beautiful fragrance was very appetizering.

This was a hardwork after a tiring day but i did it beautifully and with passion and the result came out amazing taste. My roommates and i enjoyed it very well and it wasn't a time waste.

After that i scrolled on social media and steemit for few time and then j went to sleep because another busy day was ahead waiting for me but it's alright because this is how the life goes on !!!
