RE: Contest | 25-Word Comment - Monkey Business | Cheating - 6 Steem

Cheating could mean trying to outsmart someone in a fraudulent or tricking manner.

Cheating is now prevalent in every fabric of our society in Nigeria. It comes from way up (the political class) to the bottom (the common man).

Some pastors are now termed with the title “pulpit bandits” in Nigeria because they use their position to exploit naive religious members in order to enrich themselves and the members keep wallowing in poverty.

Can cheating ever be eliminated?
I will say “yes”. No one woke up to be a cheat. It’s just lack of integrity that makes one involve in fraud.

If we can all build integrity, cheating will be a thing of the past…

Sort:

Oh, pti6ests, church, they cheat from the day they started, same for royalty, the government and everyone who likes to make an income, car salesmen and insurance companies they all cheat.

Not born as a cheater? It's questionable babies and toddlers are smart and 1.5 year old already lie even though they have been never punished before.

To outsmart one to have the benefits sounds more postive than saying you are scammed.

Can it be a survival mechanism?
