manual voting is a best feature in stem world. Which helps us to vote a particular post at desired percentage of vote.
Yes,sometimes we think to vote 50% to a particular post. From this tool we can do this function.
We can also down vote a post from this tool

HOW TO USE?
Step 1: search steem world on your browser
Step 2: login your account using your posting key
Step 3: click on manual vote

Step 4: enter the post link on the post link box

Step 5: author name is automatically detected
Step 6: choice the desired percentage you want to vote
Step 7: finally click on the vote button

You can check the vote on the post.
