Contest - What is the way to Write a Quality Post?

How's everyone doing this early morning? I really love the fact that I came across this contest before it ends. I really love this contest alot that's why I decided to participate. So many steemians lack the opportunity of creating quality posts because they are ignorant of the ways a quality post should look like but it any of them reads this entry of mine, they will definitely understand. What are the techniques for writing a quality post?

There are so many techniques in writing a quality post and these techniques aren't difficult especially if a particular steemian isn't a newbie. One of the technique is writing a post of 300 words and above, steemit has made it mandatory that a quality post must be 300 words and above. It remember when I joined steemit new, I was always telling myself that I don't know much things to talk about that will make my words 300. Although now I usually write most of post in 500 words upward.

There are so many techniques, we have the one of not getting involved in plagiarism because if you do, you are bringing down yourself. Never ever tag steemcurator01 and 02 for unnecessary reasons. Use a very interesting and short title on your post because it always attracts steemians scrolling, to check your post.

Another thing is having an amazing and unique thumbnail, I do create most of my thumbnails in. Canva and very good in doing such a thing these days. When the thumbnail of your post is very unique and full of creativity, it will definitely attract curators but not for the first time, if you continue with such a good intention and creativity then you will definitely go far in steemit.

How important is relevance and creativity in a post?

Steemians posts really need to have alot of creativity and relevance, in the aspect of relevance I will say that steemians need to post more contents that will have alot of relevance to their fellow steemians because it teaches them so many things they couldn't learn in steemit. As for creativity, we need to fall inside this category all the time, if our post is unique and amazing then curators will love to vote it, we don't need to be having only one pattern of posting but at least 4, I have six patterns of posting in steemit.

What makes a post high quality?

The markdown style of a post makes it have alot of quality, so many steemians really have wonderful markdown styles I admire alot, almost every week I normally learn new markdown styles because there are so many in steemit. I know of a steemian whose diary game post is very nice because of the way he arranges the pictures in different patterns.

Another thing I will love to talk about is making use of an interesting introduction in the first sentence of your post, I do that few times these days. always ensure that you use the correct hashtags while posting because we get in trouble whenever we are using the wrong hashtags. Steemit requires alot of technical process to survive in it.

What are the visual elements for improved reader engagement?

The image of a post must be very clear and nice, of you don't upload a very clear and well edited picture then your readers will get tired quickly. Most steemians do add GIF to there post and it makes their post to have alot of standard. The next thing is making our pictures, mostly our thumbnail, landscape and not portrait, this destroys the beauty of our post. Thanks for reading.
