Human being is the best creature in creation. If human being is to be separated as a living being then human being can be divided into male and female. At one time women were degraded but now women are given equal rights as men. Gender equality has been replaced in every sector like education, medicine, employment, business and every aspect of our lives. Men and women have different duties in the family.
Men are capable of doing all kinds of manual labor, from taking care of their family responsibilities. Since men are genetically physically stronger, they can do hard work very easily. Women are ahead of men in managing the family. How to nurture children and take care of all the family members these tasks can be done very easily by women.
Hello friends hope everyone is well. Today's contest concept gives us a very important point. Although the responsibilities of women and men are different in terms of family, society, profession, our human race is made up of women and men. So in today's engagement challenge I will share with you my views on the role of women and men in this post. Thanks STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE for giving us such a beautiful concept.
Does gender play a role in our everyday life?
Men and women have important responsibilities in our daily life. In today's world, women and men have been given equal rights. Women are getting the opportunity to work alongside men in all fields. In this, women can make an important contribution to the economy of every country along with men. Because the economy of a country cannot be run only by men. Therefore, the development of any country is possible only through the joint work of women and men. Moreover, we aim to Can do. There are still many countries in the world where women are not given freedom to work, as a result of which all those countries are far behind.
But there are some fields in human life that are only possible for women and some fields only for men. There are some jobs that only girls can do and some jobs that only boys can do. Can. Because the creator has given this power only to them. And any heavy manual work can be done only by a strong man. Because genetically men are physically stronger than women. So men earn money by working outside the home and bear the responsibility of providing for all the family.
Our society is made up of men and women. Because we have two legs we can walk very easily. If we didn't have a leg we couldn't walk easily. Similarly, in a country, in a society, in a family, women and men have equal responsibilities. Men and women have certain responsibilities that cannot be delegated to one another. In our country, women and men have separate responsibilities. Every country has different responsibilities for men and women.
How does the role or function in your country differ from gender to gender?
In our country men have more responsibility than women. Men are responsible for the maintenance of all members of the family. Being physically strong, they can perform various tasks through manual labor. But nowadays people don't do physical work as much as before because now technology has developed, so now they have to do mental work more than physical work. In keeping with the times, men as well as women are now able to work equally.
In our country, women are especially family oriented. They spend their lives taking care of all the family members, cooking for them and taking care of the children. Although women in the developed world are keeping pace with men in various fields of work, women in many countries still prefer to stay at home. But nowadays women are making a lot of progress. Starting from our growing sectors, all government officials are now occupied by women. The Prime Minister of our country is also a woman.
Women are getting opportunity to participate in every field of our country along with men. Now women work alongside men. Women engage in various outside activities to make themselves self-reliant besides doing housework. Moreover, the government of our country has given complete freedom to women. I am very proud of our country because there is no gender discrimination in our country. Being a democratic country, everyone gets equal rights in our country.
Is it the same for other countries?
In all countries where there is no democracy i.e. in all countries where women are not free, there is inequality between men and women. In our neighboring country, Afghanistan, women do not have much freedom. There women cannot go outside the house to work. In that country, women have to live completely dependent on men. Moreover, they are not given much freedom to express themselves. They have to depend on the head of the family for all work.
Besides, there are many other underdeveloped countries in the world where women are degraded a lot. Women are not given their due rights. Women are not allowed to go outside the house. They were not even given the opportunity to study. A country where women cannot work equally with their men can never prosper. This one reason is enough for the destruction of any country. So in countries where there is gender discrimination, women have no respect.
What about Steemit?
Steemit is a decentralized social media platform with no gender discrimination. Here men and women are supported equally. There is no gender discrimination here. That's why I love steemit platform so much. Steemit is only focused on the user's skills. It does not matter whether the post is made by a boy or a girl, the quality post is supported. Here all boys and girls get an opportunity to account.
Everyone gets a chance to share their opinions and personal experiences. Moreover, in this platform, we see that those who have good posting experience are far ahead. So it doesn't matter whether women are working or men are working here. Here all users are given complete freedom to work. Coming to this platform, everyone gets equal rights. Everyone can work equally.
Conclusion
A man needs a woman's support in life and a woman needs a man's support. Women and men complement each other. There are some Task in the world that can only be done by a man and some task that can only be done by a woman. It means that men and women have equal responsibilities in the world. So we should not discriminate. Try to fulfill your responsibility well from each place. Respect other people and take care of your family.

Wow this is really nice honestly.
In other countries especially ghana my country, is really bad as to how we understand gender balance.
Even up to now technology has been advanced still women are been denied to take part in some job opportunities.
Example like our political affairs. Most women are been denied and if they are qualified still they don’t get that opportunity.
And this shouldn’t be the case.

It is true that women are still looked down upon in some countries. Attempts were made to suppress them. But it is damaging to those countries, because to keep the driving force of the economy active, women must be given the opportunity to work as well as men.
I am glad to greet you, it all depends on the culture as well, which differs and tends to give women the role of mother and caregiver, it is true that there are activities where men surpass us but it is nice to see the current scenario and see so many women leaders in the world including Steemit.
Not only on Steemit but women are now ruling the whole world. The Prime Minister of our country is also a woman. Starting from all the big educational institutions to different offices, women are now ahead in empowerment. Another thing to note is that women have more endurance than men. That's why they endure everything but now try to reach their goal.
I look at these jobs as natural divison of labour . To avoid anyone of these genders feel over burdened , nature has created a divide in some works .
Actually both men and women maintained the family but in a different way . Men may support financially and women may handle other matters in family.
