Secondly, people need strong relationships with loved ones. Humans are social creatures and we thrive on connections with others. Having a support system of friends and family can provide a sense of belonging and security.

Thirdly, people need a good work-life balance. While it is important to work hard, it is also important to make time for relaxation and leisure. Whether it's reading a book, going for a walk, or spending time with loved ones, it is important to make time for activities that bring joy and relaxation.
