A warm good evening to all, it a pleasure to join in this contest about relax.
To me i think the word relax has to with resting, for someone who was involve in an hard work to relax means to stop the work and refreash he or herself with something cool like water or drinks without any form of disraction.
Especially during these hard time, when a lot of people is forced to double turns or in any way to work up to 18 hours per day to meet ends...
I assume by doing nothing you mean nothing so no playing with the phone, computer, no gaming but nothing so body and brain can rest.
