Picture this your mind, a battleground of endless skirmishes b/w positivity and self doubt. Overthinking fans the flames of anxiety, gnawing away at our mental resilience. The constant barrage of negative thoughts morphs into chronic anxiety and depression, casting shadows over our everyday experiences.
