Steemit Engagement Challenge Season3 Week4 : The Role of the Various Genders by @osiola.

hello everyone.
This is a new week and I am here today to participate in the engagement challenge Season3 Week4 and I am very happy to present my post to you guys and i will like to used this opportunity to thank the community for giving us this contest this week.

Introduction

gender from my own point of view of what I have understand about gender is the attribute of women, girl , men and boy that are politically established or build example of gender* is they way we dressed, they way we think, etc.

We having be hearing that men exist before women and women were created through men and gender in general talk about both men and women.

Men are always the head of everything and so men always take major decisions and i have never head a woman is a king in Africa but those from the Europeans country has queen who represent them.

Because of that men Always take decisions in all aspect of life and every woman needs a man before she can be a complete woman and so because of that most of the men are the heads of every counties except some few countries and i will tell you guys why men alway represent women in all aspect of life.

Does gender play a role in our everyday life?

gender plays an important role in all aspect of life, I have heard that female is created from male and because of that male always comes first before the male.
Male is said be the considered as the one who is supposed to provide for the family and protect the family at all cost and because of that the male the head of the family and the duty of the female is to take care of the kids in house and so most female are always in the house to make sure that the children are well taken care of and while the male make sure that the family does not lucky anything.

In real life male have strength more than the female and mostly what men can do woman can also do it but not all women can do because it need a lot of strength to do such job.
Male duty is provide everything the female wants and the male should make sure that the female doesn’t lucky anything and while the female duty is to cook , wash cloth of the male etc
When male and female is looking for job and the male is qualified more than the female, they will take the female and leave the male

And from my points of view I have listed you can see that gender plays an important role in all aspects of life.

How does the role or function in your country differ from gender to gender?

I am from Ghana where male is always consider to be the head of the family and the female is supposed to be in the house and taking care of the family and the female is supposed to make the husband and children happy and the male is supposed to provide food, shelter, cloths, everything for the family and the female is supposed to cook and wash the clothes of the husband and she should always make sure that the husband is happy and she will always give her husband hope and peace of mine.

the female are supposed to be with the husband in good or bad times when things are not moving well for the husband the wife is supposed to be with the husband and even if the whole world doesn’t like the husband the female is supposed to be the only one to love her husband.

the husband is to make sure that there is peace in the house and the female is supposed to be the first person to respect the husband and the female is supposed to defend the husband and the husband does the final work by fighting for the family.

Is it the same for other countries?

When you compared African with that of the European countries is quite different because female are given more power than the male.

the female and the male does the same work because both of the can be washing , cooking at the same time , but in my country is only the female who does the house chores.

when there is a general meeting both of them can respect the family but in my country is only the male who represent the family.

Because the woman has power more than the male, the woman can be one to provide for the family and the husband will be in the house taking care of the children.

What about Steemit?

Steemit is a platform which helps people who work harder by providing quality post without copying from anyone and it does depend whether you are a man or woman, when a woman is working hard more than the man, the woman will be the leader and when the man is working hard more than woman the man will be the leader and steemit treat everyone equally whether you are a man or a woman you are all equally.

Conclusion

Like I have said early at the beginning that gender plays an important role is all aspect of life and I hope you guys have learn something about my work and I will like to invite @huzaima @chenty @firdaus123 to participate in this contest.
